The diagnostic test is considered absolutely necessary because it contributes to the prevention of the person’s oral health, as it detects problems at a very early stage or reveals problems that need to be addressed.
At the same time, the dentist gives the patient all the necessary advice for the daily care of oral hygiene, for cleanliness, the correct use of a toothbrush, the use of floss and interdentals, etc.. In the context of prevention, you should the dentist is visited every six months for a recheck, cleaning and fluoridation if deemed necessary, and to identify new problems and their causes.
